The strategic importance of the Head of People role in startups is well understood, and great ones are hard to find. It’s also a tough job: once they join they are often isolated, without fellow professionals to test their ideas with.

I helped Condense Reality with the selection process to find their current Head of People, and now meet with him regularly - alongside Craig Winterton - to provide coaching, support and advice to help him grow with the business.
