Leadership and Career Coaching
What this is
Leadership and career coaching for senior leaders and executives. Bespoke objectives, set before we meet and refined in the first session. Typically six sessions over six to nine months. Supported by appropriate tooling if needed: psychometric tools or 360 feedback.
Who it's for
Senior leaders navigating the demands of operating at a higher level — and leaders who want to think more deliberately about their career.
What I bring
I'm a chartered coaching psychologist. The tools I use — cognitive behavioural coaching, acceptance and commitment approaches, solution-focused methods — are grounded in evidence, not instinct.
I'm not a psychotherapist. That boundary matters not because it keeps me away from difficult territory, but because being clear about it allows me to get closer to it.
I bring genuine warmth to the relationship, and I don't mistake that for an absence of challenge. Naming what's actually going on — including the uncomfortable version — is part of the job.
My practice is supervised in two ways: by a qualified coaching psychologist, and by an AI supervisor I've built that evaluates my work against professional frameworks — Heron's Six Categories, CBC, ACT, Solution Focus, and BPS Standards of Practice. Each informs what I bring to the other.
It also produces a Coaching Bulletin after every session: an AI-generated document covering themes across the engagement, what came up most recently, and actions agreed to. It bridges sessions, and occasionally notices things we've missed.
All data handling is enterprise-grade: zero data retention, UK GDPR compliant, no client data used for model training.
How it works
Coaching objectives are set before the first session and refined together. Where there's an organisational sponsor we share them in a three-way alignment conversation. Sessions run every four to six weeks, with a clear structure that keeps the work accountable.
